Exchange and Return Policy – Estrela Sportswear

At Estrela Sportswear, our customers' satisfaction is a priority. We work to ensure you receive high-quality products in perfect condition. However, if an exchange or return is necessary, please see our policy below:

1. Conditions for Exchange or Return

We accept exchange or return requests in the following cases:
✅ Product with manufacturing defect (loose seams, damaged prints, among other production issues);
✅ Shipping error (product or size different from what was requested in the purchase).

⚠️ We do not accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
❌ Incorrect size choice – all jerseys and sportswear have updated measurements in the product description, so it is essential to check before making a purchase.
❌ Products personalized with name, number, or other exclusive details.
❌ Signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

2. Request Period

The customer has up to 7 calendar days after order collection to request an exchange or return. The request must be made via our email [suporte@estrelasports.pt] or via WhatsApp (+351 963 501 316), informing the order number and attaching photos of the product (if applicable).

3. Exchange and Return Process

🔹 After the request, the customer must return the product in its original packaging, without signs of use.
🔹 Once we receive and analyze the item, we will send a new product or issue a refund (if applicable).
🔹 The shipping cost for exchanges or returns will depend on the reason:
➡️ If the error was ours (defective or incorrect product), we cover the shipping costs.
➡️ If the exchange is for personal reasons (e.g., wanting another model), shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

If the customer opts for a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days after the return is approved.
